The Brief
The clients loved the Broadoak Alabaster and Charcoal display in Twenty 5’s showroom so it was essential to keep as close as possible to the design. Their property is a converted chapel so it was important that the new kitchen was sympathetically designed to complement the architecture. They liked the idea of mixing worktop materials and opted for a blend of granite and timber. Integrated appliances were specified and hidden storage was also very important to keep the design clutter-free.
Designer's Tips
A key challenge is that the kitchen space is quite narrow so with some ingenious planning the new design is stylish yet still works functionally in all aspects from storage, appliances and usable preparation areas. The material mix of worktops are accented with accessories such as the oak trays.
