The Brief

The clients had lived with their inherited kitchen for four years and were keen to stamp their own identity on the space, whilst retaining the Aga, which is very much the focal point of the room.  They chose the Broadoak Shaker cabinetry as it is not only in keeping with the heritage of their property and teams well with the existing oak throughout the home, but with its simple styling will not date.  The Negro stellar quartz worktops complete the look.

Designer's Tips

The design ensures that all the appliances are fully integrated and hidden away to retain a clean and uncluttered aesthetic. Clever use of lighting gives the space a lift and reflects beautifully off the worktops adding a sparkle to the scheme. The clients chose accessories in a bold and vibrant red, injecting energy and impact that resonates throughout all of the downstairs rooms.
