The clients were looking for a traditional aesthetic for their new kitchen and chose the classic lines of the Broadoak furniture to achieve this. They opted for a two-tone colour combination, flint grey painted base cabinets with almond painted on the wall units. This creates an elegant look, which is enhanced by the contrasting granite worktops. The scheme includes plenty of storage, including a tandem larder which is perfect for keeping provisions in order.
The feature island, with breakfast-bar seating, has been designed to help the flow and circulation of the space and has quickly become the hub of this family home. Lighting plays a key role in the design, with a mix of options for mood and task lighting, ensuring the area is well illuminated, especially in areas furthest away from natural lighting.
