The Brief
The property is set in a countryside location and is home to a family who have a great love of the great outdoors. The brief for the new kitchen was natural oak furniture to be in keeping with the character of the cottage. The clients opted for the Milton in-frame kitchen, combining it with Nero Absoluto granite worktops and stone flooring, so a lovely blend of natural materials.
Designer's Tips
There are lots of touches that will add to a country feel, in this design they include the ubiquitous Belfast sink and solid pewter handles. Improved storage was a key requirement and there’s a mix of deep wide pan drawers and cabinetry to ensure everything is organised and out of sight.
