The proportions of this relatively long and narrow room could have been a challenge as typically double galley kitchens are difficult to add interest to. Not so with this scheme, where the designer has injected plenty of personality and features to not only maximise the functional benefits of the space, but also the visual appeal. The base Porter Alabaster cabinetry grounds the scheme with the bank of ebony contrasting beautifully.
A range of curved doors and drawers have been used to great effect to soften the lines and add individuality to the design. The traditional AGA juxtaposes with the modern sleek cabinetry but the mix of the old and the new works really well. The bespoke walnut breakfast bar with the maple feature adds further personality and plenty of warmth to the room.
