The clients wanted a much larger kitchen-living space so the original room was extended by removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room. To create space for the tall housings, to fit along the back wall opposite the island, the doorway into the garage was relocated. Porter Beige cabinetry was chosen to make the ambience light and airy.
The clients often have friends and family visiting for meals, so the kitchen has been designed with both practical cooking considerations and socialising in mind. The rustic oak worktops and wooden flooring bring warmth to the room, with a bright pink splashback adding a touch of fun to the scheme.
