The Brief

The clients had purchased their original kitchen from Capricorn, over 20 years previously, so they had no hesitation in returning to them.  They wanted to update the multi-functional living space with a much lighter and more contemporary design and in turn change a couple of aspects of the layout such as the  location of various appliances.  They opted for the sleek handleless Remo White design which immediately injects the sense of light and teamed this with an eye-catching Corian breakfast bar.

Designer's Tips

The clients really wanted to impress with their new kitchen and love the wow-factor created by the LED lighting, which adds further light to the space.  Avant Ebony has been used as a contrast in accent areas such as the curved drawers and the framing of the tall cabinets.  Clever electronic push mechanisms on the wall units, plus handy pull-out mechanisms to easily lift out toasters and blenders add to the modern appeal of the design.
